About your session

I can’t wait to be able to capture your wonderful family moments for you! Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your session.

First Chat

Upon booking, we will chat together about your upcoming session. We will discuss location, times and any wishes or questions that you may have about the session.You will then receive a E-contract to sign and return along with a $10.00 retainer fee.All this is done seamlessly and fast online with just a couple minutes of your time.

Clothing

I am sure you are stressing about what to wear for your session, and how to make everyone look their best, but don’t stress! You don’t all need to be perfectly matching to look good in photos. I suggest just picking out 2 or 3 colors or a pallet, and work off of that. Wear what makes you feel good and comfortable that way you’re not thinking “Oh, I need to get these off asap!” while trying to enjoy your session.Also remember to be aware of the season when picking out your color choices. Browns, Maroons and Tans look great in the Fall/Winter and Blues, Whites and Pinks look great in the Summer/Spring!

Session time

It’s time! The day has arrived and we are all excited. I will have confirmed with you 24 hours before hand and will let you know when I have arrived. We will always meet in the parking lot of the location and walk together to the first photo location. If the weather is terrible on the morning of the shoot day, I will contact you in terms of rescheduling our session with no additional fees attached.

Cooperation

Lets all have fun! I know that not everyone loves having their photos taken, (Ironically, I don’t!) and sometimes one of you just may not want to be there at all, but if we all put forth a happy energy, it will go by much quicker and I will be able to capture great memories for your family!
